The Importance of ABA

ABA can be used to support communication, social skills, daily living skills, learning, independence, and positive behavior. Each program is individualized to the learners strengths, needs, interests, and goals.

At its best, ABA is about more than changing behavior—it’s about helping individuals build meaningful skills, increase independence, communicate their needs, and participate more fully in everyday life. Families and caregivers can also be an important part of the process, helping skills carry over into home and community settings.
